In this competitive market it is important to never pass an opportunity to bid on available work.  Element has noticed that companies often do not have the time required to analyze the architectural drawings and specifications for all of the scope items and get them listed accurately.  Our scopes are accurate, organized and clear as to what is included and what is excluded. Element produces line item lists that include: a item description, finish(s), quantity, room information, and architectural references.  Element will also produce an electronic highlighted floor plan with a key to give a better visual as to what has been included.
