Project Management

The best projects have great architects, visionary designers, skilled contractors and organized project managers.  At Element we have two primary focuses that we excel at, interior shop drawings to coordinate all trades and project management. We feel that these two go hand in hand; a project cannot excel without proper management.  We feel that proper project management it based on several key things:

• Working closely with the design team, architect or owner to ensure the proper end result
• Keeping clear records of conversations, meetings and schedule decisions to keep everyone together as a team
• Clear schedule for submittals, mock-ups, fabrication and installation
• Because projects are always liquid and things always change we make it easy to update our schedules so we can adjust on the fly
• Coordination with all the various trades on the project and quick solutions if issues arise
• Quick response times and clear understanding between the architects, designers, contractors and sub-contractors

Our passion for making every job better than the previous job helps us always work on improving our processes.  We approach every issue with careful attention and consideration and never rush to a decision without understanding all of the pieces involved.  Our ultimate goal is to make every small detail on every project we work on beautiful and something you could consider a piece of art. Execution of the design is just as important of the design itself and superior project management is how we achieve those highly complex designs.
